An immersive build begins with a storyboard rather than a collection of disconnected sections. The page is planned as a progression so motion helps explain the offer, reveal the product, or shift the emotional tone at the right moment.
The experience can combine pinned scenes, layered media, controlled transitions, and responsive choreography. Each interaction is tested against the practical job of the page, ensuring the story still leads toward enquiry, booking, or purchase.
Because scroll-driven work can be demanding on devices, the build includes reduced-motion behavior and a simplified path for lower-powered hardware. The goal is a memorable experience without sacrificing access or clarity.

Define the job
Review the business, audience, existing website, and available assets. Agree the scope and the action the site needs to support.
Design the direction
Establish the page structure, visual direction, and any motion or 3D requirements. Review the design before completing the build.
Build, test, launch
Develop responsive pages, check forms and search foundations, and test the experience before approval and launch.
How is scrollytelling different from a video background?
A video background establishes atmosphere while the page remains conventional. Scrollytelling connects the visitor's progress to a sequence of ideas or scenes. Choose it when the sequence helps explain the offer, not simply because it adds motion.
Does a longer experience get in the way of enquiries?
It can if the story delays useful information. We plan the message and next step first, then use motion only where it demonstrates something. Supporting content and enquiry actions remain accessible without completing every animated scene.
What happens on a phone or with reduced motion enabled?
The choreography adapts to smaller screens, and reduced-motion users get a simpler presentation with the same essential message and actions. Media is sized and loaded for the device rather than treating the desktop animation as the only way to use the site.
Can we work together outside the GTA?
Yes. Qurra is based in Brampton and works with businesses across the GTA, Canada, and internationally in English. Scope, assets, feedback, and approvals can be handled remotely.
What do I need to provide, and when does the timeline start?
Share your offer, brand assets, available imagery, and any existing website or analytics access relevant to the project. We agree content responsibilities before the build. Delivery depends on content being ready and timely feedback; the project terms explain deposits, revisions, and delays.
What happens after launch?
Your accepted quote or service agreement sets out your monthly plan and included services, separate from the build. Unless it specifies otherwise, the standard care plan covers hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, backups, security updates, form monitoring, and up to one hour of content edits monthly. Hosting and self-editing plans can have no included development or content-editing hours. Other changes are quoted separately. Account access, source-file handover, and any third-party licences are confirmed in the project agreement.
