Project Terms
Plain terms for website projects with Qurra. All amounts in CAD.
Booking and deposit
A 50% deposit reserves your build slot. Work begins when it's received.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit covers the work completed up to that point.
Content and timeline
Content and assets are due within 7 days of the deposit. If they arrive later, the timeline shifts.
If content or feedback isn't received within 30 days, the project pauses and your slot is released. Restarting requires a new slot and a 25% restart fee.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included.
If after both rounds the build isn't right, the balance isn't owed and the project ends. No files transfer.
Final payment and launch
The remaining 50% is due on approval, before deployment.
The site deploys on final payment. Final payment confirms your approval and completes the project.
After launch
Post-launch changes are handled under the care plan or quoted separately.
No refunds after launch.
Care plan
The care plan is $150/month and applies to every project. It covers hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, backups, security updates, form monitoring, up to 1 hour of content edits per month, and a 1-business-day response time. Additional edits are $50 each.
